Description
This stunning washed coffee hails from a female lead farm in the Montecillos region in Honduras. Fabiola is married to a well regarded coffee farmer in the region and has learnt the tricks of the trade through years of watching him plant, pick and process his coffee.
Together they started to plant quality coffee on small plots of land, where Fabiola dedicated herself to the cultivation of coffee. Fabiola then entered her coffee into the Taza Excellence Program, with her coffee ranking 14 and 15 in 2016 and 2018, this opportunity allowed her farm to receive international exposure and buyers.
